What to do when you arrive in Firenze (after you have obtained the pre-enrolment certification from UNIFI)?

-> All non-EU citizens can contact the counter by appointment for procedures for residence permits, identity cards, etc. They have interpreters in many languages.
They also have online workstations to fill out forms and send requests flanked by an operator.
