The MSc in Natural Resources Management for Tropical Rural Development is an innovative graduate program that is fully taught in English. It aims to foster research and professional skills in the fields of sustainable agriculture, animal science, and natural resource management. The MSc offers specialized education in the technical and scientific aspects of agricultural production, environmental protection, and rural development. The program's objectives are to enhance food security and to support the capacity building and empowerment of local communities.
Graduates of the program can pursue careers in various European (e.g., IRC, EEA, etc.) or United Nations (e.g., FAO, WFP, IFAD, CGIAR, etc.) agencies or NGOs, as well as in public and private firms that operate in the agri-food sector and/or international cooperation for rural development.
